1. All rooms are furnished with a bed, bed frame, dresser, mirror, desk with chair, ceiling fan, light, closet and bed linens.
2. University Club pays all utilities including electric, internet, expanded cable, water, sewer and refuse. Parking is not included in your rent and will be an additional charge.
3. The University Club operations and leases begin and end on the first day and the 25th day of each month regardless of academic semester start times. Our hospitality staff cleans the public spaces, kitchens, bathrooms and showers throughout the week. There is a card operated washer and dryer on site in our laundry room.
4. The University Club maintains an academic environment suitable for graduate students, returning adult students, visiting professors and researchers.

2 letters of recommendation – to include a character or professional reference and confirmation of your association with Penn State
Copy of photo ID (drivers license or passport)
$200 application fee - to be applied to Security Deposit if application is accepted.
